RETURNS POLICY

12. Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase (non-business customers only), you will have 14 working days from receipt of the product to request a return in exchange for a credit note provided you meet the criteria outlined in 12.2 below. This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair when goods are faulty or mis-described).

12.1 The Company reserves the right to levy an administration charge in respect of rotation of products for business customers. This handling fee will be charged at 25% of the products invoice value at the point of sale.

12.2 Returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

12.2.1 Prior authorisation has been granted by the Company in writing.

12.2.2 The request for return has been applied for, in writing, within 14 working days of receipt of products for non-business customer and 3 working days for business customers.

12.2.3 The products packaging has not been opened or tampered with.

12.3.4 The Company reserves the right to reject any returns which do not comply with terms set out in clause 12.2 of the terms and conditions of supply.
